We offer custom free motion, ruler, and pantograph quilting on our APQS long arm Lucy. We can chat to discuss your vision for your quilt. Each quilt top deserves to have a beautiful artistic finish.
We offer custom quilts from scratch. You don’t have to be a quilter to have a beautiful quilt. Maybe you have specific colors or patterns that you want for your room. We will work with you to create a unique quilt that will be an heirloom for generations to come.
Quilting cost:
Budget Value meander 2¢ per square inch
Edge to Edge Pantograph 3¢ per square inch
Custom free-motion 4.5¢ per square inch
Piecing the back $10 total
Making binding $25 total
Applying binding on front: 11¢ per linear inch
Applying binding to both front and back 22¢ per linear inch
Batting – Hobbs 80/20 90 inches wide $8 per yard
Memory Quilts

Whether you have baby clothing or clothing from a loved one, we will honor the memory of that person in a custom quilt. You will be wrapped in memories and love.`
Cost: 10¢ to 15¢ per square inch
T-shirt Quilts
Graduation: high school or college, band t shirts, events, race bib numbers, etc.
A commemorative t-shirt quilt is a perfect gift for graduates, athletes, a collection of concerts or bands and places visited. We can make it for you or you can even book 2, 4 hour sessions for you to design and create your own t-shirt quilt in our studio. We also can use race bib numbers.
Cost: $12 per t-shirt square.
Quilt Repair
Worn Patches, Binding and Batting
Pillows, Clothing Teddy Bears
Every once in a while quilts need to be repaired. We lovingly repair and replace worn patches, binding and batting in quilts. With 30 years of textile experience, our goal is to replace it to a vintage look as the rest of the quilt. If the quilt is beyond repair, we offer services of repurpose for a new life as a wall hanging, pillow, clothing, or teddy bear. We want to honor your family’s treasured heirloom.
Cost is dependent upon repairs needed.
Long Arm Rentals
Unlock your creativity with our Long Arm Rental service. Whether you’re a seasoned quilter or just starting out, our state-of-the-art machines and expert guidance will help you bring your quilting projects to life. With our easy-to-use equipment and spacious studio, you’ll have all the tools you need to create stunning quilts with ease. Rent a Long Arm machine today and experience the joy of quilting like never before.
Cost $30 per hour, we will be here the entire time for problems and additional instruction as needed.
It is required that you take the long arm rental certification class first.
Long Arm Rental Certification Class
During this class you will bring your own baby sized quilt or quilt panel (no larger than 45 x 60 inches), backing 6 inches larger than your quilt top in both directions, and batting. You will learn how to quilt on our APQS long arm Lucy. You will learn the process of loading your quilt and using the long arm quilting machine for both free motion quilting and pantographs. This lesson is perfect if you are considering buying your own long arm machine. Once you are certified, you may reserve hours to use our long arm machine.
