Camp Artastic is a fun and educational experience where children can explore their artistic talents through a variety of activities such as painting, drawing, sculpture, fiber arts, clay. With our experienced instructors and supportive community, your child will have a safe and inclusive space to foster creativity and critical thinking.

Summer Camp Schedule

Monday - Friday

Camp Artastic is a creative camp for your child to explore art with a variety of mediums. Camp Artastic prides itself in keeping group sizes small and individualized. Join us for morning, afternoon, or all day sessions. Ages 5 to 14 are welcome.

Weekly Art Camp Themes

Each week campers will explore drawing, sculpture, painting, fiber arts, and clay from art history to literature from around the world.

Art of the Middle East

Campers will explore marbling, miniatures, ceramic tiles, illumination, calligraphy, embroidery and weaving.

African Sculpture

Campers will create sculptures from recycled materials, paintings, pottery, rock art, textiles, masks, personal decoration, and jewelry.

Artists of the United States

Campers will explore American artists: Andy Warhol, Robert Indiana, Charley Harper, Jackson Pollock, and Georgia O’Keeffe and make art that will reflect their styles.

Art of Australia

Campers will create landscapes, printmaking, sculptures, and animals of Australia.

Central American Folk art

Campers will create weavings, pottery, metalworking, lapidary, featherwork, and mosaics

South American Folk Art

Campers will make pottery, masks, paper arts and papier-mâché, yarn paintings, textiles, and weavings.

Artists of Europe

Campers will learn about European artists like Di Vinci, Van Gogh, Monet, Picasso, and Matisse. Campers will paint, draw, create still life, and portraits.

Southern Appalachia Folk art

Campers will make weavings, face pottery, baskets and quilting.

Peace Art Camp

Campers will use art to create peace within themselves with zentangles and neurographic art, tie dye, and peace symbols.
